Caregiver Supervisor

About the role

The Caregiver Supervisor at Christian Care Fellowship Square of Mesa is responsible for providing supervision to Certified Caregivers in the memory care team. This position requires a broad range of support services to residents in the Assisted Living facility.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.
• Maintain medical records.
• Perform welfare checks on patients.
• Order and complete medication records.
• Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.
• Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.

Requirements

• A positive can-do attitude.
• Compassion to communicate well and work as part of a team.
• Arizona Caregiver certification from an approved agency or company will pay for Caregiving certification.
• Background check, DPS Fingerprint Card, Current TB test, Food Handlers Card, and pass drug screening.
• Current Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.
• Minimum of HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an assisted living setting with minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 100lbs.

Qualifications
