The role
Supervise and support care assistants in the field
Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and quality monitoring
Complete and review care plans and assessments
Conduct new customer assessments
Audit care notes and documentation
Work closely with Coordinators and Management
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Domiciliary care experience (essential)
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
