About the role

Housing in Motion is seeking a full-time Construction Manager to oversee the development and construction of new housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from design through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with sustainable building practices
• Knowledge of green building certifications (LEED, etc.)
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations

• Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
