This notice describes the categories of personal information ("PI") which may be collected by Toyota Industries North America, Inc. and its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, "Company"), and the purposes for which the PI may be used. This notice applies to all individuals applying for a role with the Company and all Company employees.

The PI is used to collect and process employment applications, confirm eligibility for employment, conduct background and related checks, fitness for duty assessments, onboarding, and related recruiting efforts. It is also used for processing payroll and employee benefit plans, maintaining personnel records, communicating with employees, complying with legal requirements, ensuring employee productivity, investigating complaints, promoting diversity and inclusion, and improving safety and efficiency.
The Company may share information with third parties for various purposes, including background checks, human resources, and information technology services. The Company does not sell your PI except for certain third-party cookies and similar technology.
Your PI is retained permanently or as required by law. You have the right to access, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your PI, and to receive a copy of your PI in electronic format. You can exercise these rights by contacting the Company at privacyofficer@tina.toyota-industries.com.
