Responsibilities
- Work with job seekers to achieve work-ready status and employment goals.
- Assess job seekers' needs, transferable skills, interests, and employment goals.
- Provide referrals and access to services such as STEP support, work experience, GED completion, training, and community resources.
- Identify and address employment barriers, offering solutions and support.
- Follow-up with job seekers to document outcomes for performance metrics.
- Coordinate outreach with other agencies and organizations to enhance engagement with Oregon’s workforce system.
Requirements
- Two years of experience providing customer service, including information review and decision-making.
- Two years of education or experience, or 45 quarter (30 semester) college-level credits in relevant fields.
