Responsibilities

• Work with job seekers to achieve work-ready status and employment goals.
• Assess job seekers' needs, transferable skills, interests, and employment goals.
• Provide referrals and access to services such as STEP support, work experience, GED completion, training, and community resources.
• Identify and address employment barriers, offering solutions and support.
• Follow-up with job seekers to document outcomes for performance metrics.
• Coordinate outreach with other agencies and organizations to enhance engagement with Oregon’s workforce system.

Requirements

• Two years of experience providing customer service, including information review and decision-making.
• Two years of education or experience, or 45 quarter (30 semester) college-level credits in relevant fields.
