Career and Technical Education Data Manager
About the role
Auburn-Washburn is a student-centered district with a positive, professional culture. The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Data Manager collects, manages, and analyzes data related to CTE program enrollment, student performance, certifications, state and federal funding, and post-secondary outcomes. This role ensures data accuracy across systems, prepares and submits reports to state and federal agencies (including Perkins funding), and provides insights to guide program improvement and resource allocation. The Data Manager collaborates with building and district partners to evaluate program effectiveness, ensure equitable access to high-quality CTE experiences, and align offerings with labor market and post-secondary needs.
Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and analyze CTE program data (enrollment, student performance, certifications, funding, post-secondary outcomes).
- Ensure data accuracy across various systems.
- Prepare and submit reports to state and federal agencies, including Perkins funding.
- Provide data-driven insights to guide program improvement and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with district and building partners to evaluate CTE program effectiveness.
- Ensure all students have access to high-quality CTE experiences.
- Align CTE offerings with labor market and post-secondary needs.
Pay
$19.69–$24.69/hour (wage determined by years of relevant experience).
Schedule
7.5 hours/day, 9 months/year.
