About the Opportunity:The TECHNICAL RECRUITER - DATA MANAGEMENT is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for specialized roles in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, and related digital technologies. This role significantly contributes to talent acquisition by developing strategic sourcing methods, advising senior stakeholders, and managing the candidate experience, thereby supporting the organization's ability to meet future skill demands and business growth. Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche and high-impact technical rolesDevelop and implement proactive talent sourcing strategiesAdvise hiring managers and stakeholders on talent market trends and hiring approachesUtilize alternate sourcing channels beyond traditional platforms to build candidate pipelinesLeverage data and market intelligence to inform hiring decisionsCollaborate with leadership to clarify role requirements and success profilesEnsure a high-quality candidate experience through transparent communicationMaintain accurate recruitment reporting and documentationDrive hiring velocity, quality, and diversity outcomesSupport continuous improvement of hiring processes and best practices Requirements:3-7 years of recruiting experience with full-time hiring focusExpertise in hiring for Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, and Cloud Data rolesExperience in large system integrators or global IT/analytics services firmsProficient in advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional platformsStrong stakeholder management and influencing abilitiesKnowledge of candidate assessment, compensation alignment, and closing strategies Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base compensation range: $35-40 per hourCompensation offers consider candidate skills, experience, internal equity, location, market conditions, and role scope Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
