About the role
This is not just an office job. You’ll be one of the people helping families navigate stressful situations, supporting caregivers in the field, and keeping care running smoothly for seniors who depend on us every day.
Responsibilities
- Be the first voice families, caregivers, and referral partners hear when they call our agency
- Career schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute changes with urgency and professionalism
- Support new client inquiries and help families feel heard, informed, and cared for from the very first conversation
- Keep daily operations organized through documentation, follow-ups, communication, and administrative support
- Help solve problems proactively instead of waiting for someone else to step in
- Participate in a rotating evening/weekend on-call schedule as part of a supportive team
Requirements
- Someone warm, professional, and confident on the phone
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Calm and solution-oriented when things get busy or unexpected
- Dependable and trustworthy because families and caregivers will rely on you
- Someone who takes ownership, cares about doing things well, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, customer service, or office administration is a plus but not required
