About the role

The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities, located in Bloomington. We are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers to join our compassionate community dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Requirements

• No experience required – we will train and reimburse you for your schooling if you desire to become a CNA.

Pay

Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Holiday pay is 1.5 times your hourly rate. The Wealshire offers the highest hourly rates in the Twin Cities.

Schedule

Shifts are 5:45 AM – 2:00 PM and 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM. This is a year‑round position.
