About the role
The Wealshire is the premier dementia/Alzheimer's specific care facility in the Twin Cities. We are seeking qualified and dedicated care providers in Medina.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other staff.
- Participate in training and education programs to enhance caregiving skills.
- No prior experience is required; training and reimbursement for CNA certification is provided.
Requirements
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM–6:00 AM.

Pay and Schedule
Starting pay: $22 per hour.
Hours: 5:45 AM–2:00 PM, 1:45 PM–10:00 PM, and 9:45 PM–6:00 AM.
