Care Manager – Senior Living

Role Overview The Lead Caregiver serves as a shift leader in a senior living environment, ensuring high-quality, consistent resident care while supporting and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage to ensure smooth operations.Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as needed.Coach caregivers on quality standards, hospitality, and documentation practices.Review and ensure documentation aligns with Individualized Service Plans (ISP).Monitor resident health changes and communicate concerns promptly.Support onboarding and mentor new team members.Promote safety, compliance, and effective shift transitions. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED, age 18+.Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration.Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred.
