Care Manager – Senior Living

Role Overview The Lead Caregiver is a frontline leader responsible for ensuring high-quality, compassionate resident care in a senior living environment. They manage shift assignments, oversee attendance and coverage, and provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Key responsibilities include coaching and supporting caregiving team members on quality standards, documentation, and hospitality, as well as reviewing charting to ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP). The role involves monitoring resident well-being, communicating concerns promptly, and supporting onboarding and mentoring of new staff. The Lead Caregiver promotes safety, ensures regulatory compliance, and facilitates smooth shift transitions while embodying professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED and age 18+CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certificationsStrong communication, delegation, and decision-making abilitiesExperience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care settings
