Responsibilities
- Lead shift assignments
- Manage attendance
- Coordinate coverage
- Provide hands-on support with ADLs
- Review charting to align with Individualized Service Plans
- Monitor resident conditions
- Communicate concerns promptly
- Support onboarding
- Promote safety and compliance
- Act as both a working caregiver and frontline leader, modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service while mentoring team members and ensuring quality resident care
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Medication Administration certification
