Care Manager - Part Time

Role Overview

The Caregiver is responsible for providing hands-on support to residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through assistance with daily activities and building meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Effectively communicate with residents' families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
