Care Manager - Part Time

About the role

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, promoting their quality of life through assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting changes
• Ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents with conversation and activities
• Supporting dining services
• Maintaining a welcoming, clean environment
• In Memory Care settings, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
