About the role
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our new Englewood location in New Jersey. Care Coordinators support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of appointments. They respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours, guide patients through the out‑of‑network experience, greet every patient with a smile, and deliver 5‑star customer service. A collaborative spirit is valued to foster a true community environment for patients and team members.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. Responsibilities
