Qualifications And Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree
• RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in acute care
• Excellent communication, assessment, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, community resources, and care coordination best practices
