We're looking for a reliable Overnight & Weekend Care Coordinator to serve as the after-hours point of contact for our home care agency. This is a remote, on-call position perfect for someone who is responsive, an excellent communicator, and enjoys solving problems. You'll play a critical role in supporting our caregivers and clients outside of normal business hours. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and text messages from caregivers, clients, and family members during evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.Handle caregiver call-offs and work to find replacement caregivers for open shifts.Communicate schedule changes with caregivers, clients, and office staff.Address urgent client and caregiver concerns with professionalism and empathy.Escalate emergencies to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.Document all after-hours activity accurately for the daytime office team.Follow agency policies and procedures while making sound independent decisions. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable making decisions independently.Ability to remain calm in fast-paced or stressful situations.Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.Proficient with smartphones, texting, email, and basic computer applications.Previous scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or home care experience is preferred but not required. Schedule Evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.Remote work from home.Must be dependable and available during scheduled on-call shifts.
