Responsibilities

• Be caring and compassionate toward clients and their caretakers
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, including incontinence briefs
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Run shopping and errands
• Assist with medication reminders
• Support ambulation and transport of clients
• Provide companionship to clients
• Follow the care plan and complete documentation/charting

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, either personally or professionally
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers
