About the role
As our Care Assistant (Nights), you’ll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and mobility. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their likes, dislikes, and needs.
- Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records
- Monitor residents’ physical and mental well-being at all times
- Help maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the residents’ home
