Care Assistant Nights

About the role

We are no longer accepting applications for sponsorship. Neale Court Care home in Lincoln is a welcoming and homely environment for those with a variety of needs. The home is small and cosy, allowing us to create a real family atmosphere friendly and our compassionate staff led by the Manager are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that they are safe and well looked after.

Responsibilities

• Helping our residents with personal support and care
• Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
• Socializing with our residents on a personal level
• Maintaining and developing the residents care plan to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

• No previous experience as a Care Assistant is required
• Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
• Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this
• Be no stranger to working night shifts
• Able to engage well with the residents and their families
• Have good written & verbal communication skills
• Have an understanding of people with Dementia

Hours: Nights 33 Hours available per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 20:00-08:00)
