Bluebird Care is seeking a caring and dedicated person to join the Mid Devon Team as a Care Assistant. As the leading Home Care provider, the role involves helping the team grow, supporting colleagues, and making a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care, encouraging confidence and self-motivation
• Engage, listen, and communicate effectively with customers
• Adhere to agreed processes in challenging situations with resilience and calmness
• Travel to various locations to deliver care
• Cover sickness and work weekends as needed (flexibility required)

Requirements

• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required upon successful application)
• Ability to travel to various locations
• Flexibility and adaptability, including availability for weekend work and sickness cover
• Resilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Passion for the job with a person-centred approach

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential – full training and ongoing support provided
