Part time Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Delivering person-centred care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Supporting customers with meal planning, preparation, and nutrition.
• Assisting with medication administration, prescription collection, and safe disposal where appropriate.
• Carrying out light household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Building positive, trusting relationships with customers and their families.
• Following individual care plans and reporting any changes or concerns.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to follow care plans and work independently when required.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay

£12.30 - £13.65 per hour

Morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
