Patient Preparation
- Review medical histories and prepare patients for procedures by cleaning, shaving, or numbing testing sites and ensuring proper positioning.
Clinical Monitoring
- Observe patients before, during, and after procedures, promptly reporting any abnormal findings or changes in condition to the medical team.
Testing & Analysis
- Congduct diagnostic tests, interpret results, and identify recording errors or artifacts to ensure accurate data reporting.
Equipment & Lab Upkeep
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools function correctly and following lock/tag out safety protocols for malfunctions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following required:
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
