About the Role

Join a Level II facility providing cardiothoracic surgery services in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings. This role offers a full scope of clinical responsibilities in a supportive environment, utilizing the EPIC EMR system and requiring full clinical credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiothoracic surgical care across multiple care environments
• Complete clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system
• Manage a caseload of 10-13 patients per day
• Work full-time on day shifts, with availability for call and 24-hour call duties
• Collaborate with on-site support staff including MAs, RNs, and NP/PAs
• Handle patients of all ages, with prescriptive authority and board certification required
