Cardiothoracic Advanced Practice Provider - Camden, NJ
Virtua Cardiothoracic Surgery is seeking a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider to join a growing, highly collaborative inpatient team. The role works alongside experienced cardiothoracic surgeons in the operating room and hospital setting, delivering exceptional care throughout the surgical journey.
Position Highlights

- Three 12‑hour shifts per week
- Inpatient‑only position

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure
- Prior cardiothoracic surgery experience strongly preferred

Compensation
In compliance with New Jersey pay‑transparency laws, the minimum base salary for this position is $144,000 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.
