Responsibilities
- Manage patients in the CVICU recovering from CABG, valve replacement including TAVRs, complex aortic reconstruction, LVAD placement and heart transplantation
- Work with mechanical circulatory support patients using intraortic balloon pump, Impella, VV/VA ECMO
- Cover patient consults and discharges after surgery
Requirements
- Texas licensed or able to obtain one
- Experience in CVICU
- Knowledge of a variety of mechanical circulatory support devices
- Flexible full-time schedule
