Cardiothoracic Advanced Practice Provider

About the Role

Memorial Health University Medical Center is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to assist in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and first assist in the operating room (OR) with their well-known, established cardiothoracic surgery practice.

This position offers two primary tracks:

• ICU position: Monday through Friday, with one weekend morning rounds per month.
• First Assist in the OR.

Additional responsibilities include cardiology consults. The role involves working with a team of 3 cardiothoracic surgeons and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs).

Requirements

• Board Certified as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Georgia licensure and start upon credentialing.
