This inpatient cardiovascular disease management position involves providing expert care in a facility equipped to handle heart failure cases. The clinician will perform inpatient rounding and manage heart failure cases using the EPIC EMR system, with prescriptive authority required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient cardiovascular care, including heart failure management, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no call obligations
- Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Utah medical license
- Utah DEA registration
- Prescriptive authority
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient cardiovascular care
- Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC)
Qualifications
- Board certification is negotiable
- Heart Failure Certification preferred
