Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No call obligations

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient cardiovascular care
• Complete clinical documentation using the EPIC EMR system
• Perform heart failure management at the facility
• Exercise prescriptive authority
• Manage an inpatient caseload with potential variation

Requirements

• Heart Failure Certification
• Utah medical license
• Utah DEA registration
• Prescriptive authority
