About the role
Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our outpatient cardiology clinic in Clarksville, TN.
- Monday–Friday outpatient clinic schedule
- Cardiology experience preferred; APP experience required
- Treat patients in a cardiac outpatient rural clinic
- Collaborate with 3 full-time physicians and one other APP, with additional cardiology physicians and an APP rotating through the clinic
- Manage your own panel of patients with very limited hospital duties, including prior authorizations if needed

Requirements
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing (obtained prior to hire)
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition (obtained prior to hire)
- Master’s degree in Nursing
