Responsibilities
- Care coordination for cardiology patients
- Telephone triage and follow-up communication
- Collaboration with providers in an ambulatory setting
- Medication refills and insurance-related tasks
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in an ambulatory, cardiology, specialty practice, or clinical nursing setting
- Strong telephone triage and patient communication skills
- Experience with care coordination and knowledge of insurance information

Schedule
