About the Role
Cardiology RN in the Heart Failure Clinic, providing patient education, triage, IV starts, and procedure scheduling. Focuses on keeping patients healthy and out of the hospital.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
- Assess physical and emotional needs of patients
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Support documentation requirements
- Educate patients and families
- Support clinical staff and ensure safety protocols
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment
Requirements
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree
- Active RN license
- 2–5 years of nursing experience
- BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 5–10 years of nursing experience

Schedule
