About the role
Cardiology RN in a Heart Failure Clinic, focused on patient education, triage, IV starts for CHF patients, and procedure scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with providers to develop and implement care plans for optimal health outcomes.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients using critical nursing skills.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Provide patient education through verbal and written instructions, assessing comprehension and problem-solving needs.
- Support clinical staff and assist providers in daily patient management.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of nursing experience; BLS certification; RN licensure.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 5–10 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety focus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours (typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).
- No weekends.
