About the role

Cardiology RN in a Heart Failure Clinic, focused on patient education, triage, IV starts for CHF patients, and procedure scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with providers to develop and implement care plans for optimal health outcomes.
  • Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients using critical nursing skills.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Provide patient education through verbal and written instructions, assessing comprehension and problem-solving needs.
  • Support clinical staff and assist providers in daily patient management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of nursing experience; BLS certification; RN licensure.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 5–10 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety focus.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours (typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM).
  • No weekends.
