About the role

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
