About the Role

The Sonographer operates ultrasound imaging equipment to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment, ensuring high-quality images, patient safety, and effective communication with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Utilize imaging software and follow protocols
• Make equipment adjustments and adhere to safety procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Sonography program with clinical hours
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Appropriate state licensure if required
• Certifications such as ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI
• BLS certification

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
