Cardiac PCU - Clinical RN (Days or Nights)

Role Overview Provides specialized patient care for high-acuity cardiology conditions, including heart failure management, high-risk drips, telemetry, and post-procedural care. Utilizes critical thinking and clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs.Participate in safety, quality, and compliance activities, fostering professional development.Develop and communicate individualized care plans with clear goals, ensuring continuity of care across settings.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Qualifications & Skills Nursing diploma or associate's degree; RN license required.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.Certifications: BLS certification; ACLS within one year of employment.Additional training in ECG, invasive monitoring, LVAD, and acute care is provided.Ability to work safely and remain alert is essential.
