Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager

Role Overview

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing departmental operations in an outpatient Cardiac Cath Lab setting. The role includes hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating staff performance, and ensuring departmental productivity aligns with organizational goals. Key Duties

• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes.
• Oversee patient care planning and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Manage staff productivity, coordinate communication, and handle payroll, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure safety standards and promote a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).
• 2-5 years of experience, with preferred 5-10 years, and supervisory experience.
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Labs and telemetry monitoring is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
