About the Role

This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager overseeing an Outpatient Cardiac Cath Lab facility. The role involves coordinating patient care, managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring departmental efficiency. The individual will hire, train, evaluate staff, and support professional development. The role emphasizes leadership, patient care, staff management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Oversee patient care plans and documentation
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Lead departmental meetings and coordinate communication
• Develop staffing plans and manage budgets
• Oversee patient interventions and ensure compliance with policies
• Monitor staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and support operational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• RN Licensure
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years
• Experience in Telemetry Monitoring
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience strongly preferred
• Supervisory experience is advantageous
