About the role

This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in an outpatient Cardiac Cath Lab, responsible for overseeing patient care, staff management, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency. The role involves recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, creating collaborative care plans, monitoring staff productivity, and conducting performance evaluations while ensuring adherence to departmental goals and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel including hiring, training, assigning tasks, and performance reviews.
• Assist in staffing, budget development, and responding to operational changes.
• Oversee patient care according to individualized plans, ensuring optimal wellness.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).
• 2‑5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Cardiac Cath Lab and telemetry monitoring experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
