About the role

This role involves executing all debit card inquiries, processing maintenance requests, answering questions or providing guidance from various channels, and supporting front-line servicing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute all debit card inquiries
  • Process maintenance requests and questions
  • Provide guidance and support from internal and external channels
  • Handle incoming calls from front-line servicing teams to support customer needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • At least 1+ years of experience in credit card or debit card operations, servicing, or support
  • Entry to intermediate level knowledge of general banking operations, including consumer and business debit cards, commercial loans, treasury management, and ancillary banking products and services
  • Entry to intermediate level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations, industry standards, and practices
  • Comfortable using Microsoft suite of applications
  • Intermediate experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft365)
  • Intermediate experience working in a production environment using queues and workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
