Car Wash Team Member

About the Role

As a Team Member, you’ll be directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences, ensuring the best service no matter which station you attend. You’ll work across multiple areas, including:

• Pay Station: Greet customers, assist with wash selections, and inform them of promotions or memberships.
• Loading Station: Guide customers onto the conveyor track safely, provide car wash instructions, and program equipment as needed.
• Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Maintain cleanliness by sweeping grounds, emptying trash bins, and ensuring vacuum nozzles are operational.

Daily responsibilities include cleaning facilities, following safety procedures, and completing checklists to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must enjoy working with people and have a friendly, polite demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and lift/push/pull 40+ lbs.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience and role:

• $13.00/hr: No prior experience required.
• $14.00/hr: 3+ months in service/retail roles; ability to handle full-service tasks.
• $15.00/hr: 6+ months of car wash experience; works unsupervised in tunnel/lot/full-service.

Note: Higher pay bands apply to full-service locations only.

Schedule

• Working Days: Monday–Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM–9:00 PM (shifts vary).
• Positions Available: Full-time or part-time.
