Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences and must be able to provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending.

Responsibilities

• Pay Station: greet all customers, assist them with wash selection, and inform them of any promotions or memberships available.
• Loading Station: guide customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly, inform them of car wash instructions, and program any required equipment retracts.
• Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: clean and sweep the grounds, empty trash bins regularly, check vacuum nozzles for proper operation and repair promptly.
• Daily routines: clean car wash facilities and grounds, ensure all customers’ cars are clean, follow daily/nightly checklists, and learn safety procedures.

Pay

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour. Flexible Pay: partner with Wagestream to offer up to 50% of earned wages after each shift. Bonus Opportunities: bi-weekly commissions and employee of the month bonus opportunities. SouthEast Pay Bands: $13.00/hr (no experience needed); $14.00/hr (3+ months service/retail experience; ability to handle full‑service tasks); $15.00/hr (6+ months car wash experience; works unsupervised in tunnel/lot/full‑service) – hiring tip: only for full‑service locations.

Schedule

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full‑time team members must work some weekends). Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary). Flexible Scheduling: tailor your work hours to fit your lifestyle.
