Pay

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Flexible Pay: Pick your pay date! We partner with Wagestream to offer you up to 50% of your earned wages after each shift.
• Bonus Opportunities: Earn bi-weekly commissions and employee of the month bonus opportunities.

SouthEast Pay Bands:

• $13.00/hr: No experience needed.
• $14.00/hr: 3+ months in service/retail roles; ability to handle full-service tasks.

Schedule

• Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).
• We are looking for someone with open availability and comfortable working weekends.

Responsibilities

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. Team members must provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending.

• Pay Station: Greet all customers and assist them with their wash selection. Inform customers of any promotions or memberships available.
• Loading Station: Guide all customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly. Inform customers of car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.
• Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Clean and sweep the grounds. Empty trash bins regularly and carefully. Check vacuum nozzles for proper operation and repair promptly.
• Daily routines: Cleaning the car wash facilities and grounds, ensuring all customers’ cars are clean, following daily/nightly checklists, and learning safety procedures.
