Car Wash Team Member

About the role

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. They must provide the best customer service experience, no matter which station they are attending.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and assist them with their wash selection.
• Inform customers of any promotions or memberships available.
• Guide customers onto the conveyor track safely and quickly.
• Inform customers of car wash instructions and program any required equipment retracts.
• Clean and sweep the parking lot and grounds.
• Empty trash bins and check vacuum nozzle operation.
• Follow daily/checklists.
• Learn and follow safety procedures.

• Enjoy working with people.
• Ability to work on weekends.
• Friendly and polite demeanor.
• Pre-employment background check.

Qualifications

• No experience needed for $13.00/hr.
• 3+ months in service/retail roles for $14.00/hr.
• 6+ months car wash experience for $15.00/hr.

Schedule

Full-time or part-time positions available. Full-time team members must work some weekends. Working days: Monday – Sunday. Working hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).

Physical Demands

• Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold.
• Standing for long periods at one time.
