Car Wash Site Manager C

About the Role

This full-time position is located at 2685 Nicholson Road, Sewickley, Pennsylvania 15143 and offers flexible shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, and schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies.
• Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition.
• Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability.
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
• Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a big-box environment, auto industry, car wash, or lube store are encouraged to apply.
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License required; a motor vehicle record check (MVR) will be conducted post-offer.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Use of hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, crouch, and kneel.
• Work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Working Environment

• Works in a typical outdoor car wash environment with moderate to excessively loud noise levels; hearing protection and other PPE required.
• Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
• Perform job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering self or others.

Supervision

The team member must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
