Car Wash Site Manager C

Location: 2685 Nicholson Road, Sewickley, Pennsylvania 15143

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies
• Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
• Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
• Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures and vehicle damage claim procedures
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role
• Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a big-box environment, auto industry, car wash, or lube store are encouraged to apply
• Valid, unexpired Driver’s License required; motor vehicle record check (MVR) will be conducted post-offer

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday
• Use of hands, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, crouch, and kneel
• Work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs

Working Environment

• Typical outdoor car wash environment
• Moderate to excessively loud noise levels requiring hearing protection and other PPE
• Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and wear Personal Protective Equipment (e.g., hearing, eye, foot, hand protection)
• Perform job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering self or others

Supervision

The team member must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
