Qualifications

• Reliable attendance — you show up on time, ready to go, every shift
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather on your feet for the full shift
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks without losing focus or quality
• Clear, warm communicator — you connect and make others feel welcome
• Available for weekends and holidays
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus — we'll train the right attitude

What You'll Own

• Deliver on the shine standard - Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions
• Solve it before it becomes a problem - Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked
• Proactive judgment is what separates good from great
• Win as a team - Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong
• Stay ready, stay stocked - Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes
