Responsibilities
- Aid customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing, and leasing options.
- Negotiate pricing and complete sales transactions professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive market trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
