Responsibilities

  • Aid customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, warranties, financing, and leasing options.
  • Negotiate pricing and complete sales transactions professionally.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive market trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
