Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Respond promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and customer follow-up opportunities
- Learn and maintain knowledge of current vehicle inventory, features, financing options, and manufacturer programs
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Follow up with prospective customers to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation
- Contribute to dealership and manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals
- Work collaboratively with management and fellow team members to achieve dealership objectives
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Sales experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.
